I'm a sucker for a beard and an anthemic indie rock song. So it's no surprise that Birds of Tokyo have been playing on repeat lately.

The group has taken the Australian music scene by storm. Teaming up with producer Dave Cooley (Silversun Pickups) in 2012, the Australian five-piece bounced back and forth from Perth to LA, later bringing us their newest studio album March Fires in March of 2013.

With four albums and two EPs already under their belt, Birds of Tokyo has honed their expansive rock sound and gained a loyal following of indie beard lovers in the process. Listen to the melodic indie pop/rock of "When the Night Falls Quiet" and check out the video as well.
