I'm on the female vocals wave today, so LA-based Ella Vos with her debut release "White Noise" fits right in.
It is a very impressive first track, so she has set the bar quite high for all her following releases. It does seem that we won't be disappointed. The track is poppy and gentle, which I guess she owes to her delicate sweet vocals and smart production around it. It's intricate and doesn't distract from Ella's vocals. There is also piano, soft beat, distortion of her vocals and even white noise. This all combined makes a really beautiful soothing piece of indie pop.
