Laura Misch is here with a jazz infused cut featuring her brothers frequent collaborator Carmody.

I've been a bit lost in a beautiful Laura Misch trance over the past few days. As I mentioned a few days ago, the young artist has recently posted many tracks on her SoundCloud and today she uploaded a playlist of said songs along with the following message:

This week I decided to let go of some of the music I have been making, and send it on the journey I always intended for it to go on. Over seven days I released the seven songs on this playlist.

I started producing autumn 2015 and intended to release an EP this spring, but after experimenting with different sounds, I realised I am still finding mine.

So instead of getting absorbed in only showing a finished product of my music making I have decided to release a playlist every season of new work. I have begun with Winter. Some are sketches; some are fully-formed. I hope some of these songs speak to you.

Let’s just hope that the EP isn't too far away, but until then tuck into “Suspended Winter Blues.”
