On Friday night, I attended Shigeto's gig in Paris. La Flèche d'Or is quite an unsettling venue: the former Parisian train station has been deserted for nearly 60 years. It was only in 1990's that a group of art students decided to organise concerts in it. The venue was named after a train connecting Paris to London from 1926 to 1972.

The historical venue was the perfect fit for the Detroit-based drummer. His Ghostly beats (pun intended here) made room in the excessively heated place. "Ringleader", especially, set the mood for the musical trance. The ecstatic - and sweaty - bodies were dancing all along Shigeto's drum beats. There is something magical in Zach Saginaw's live performance. Maybe it's the perfect balance between his cosmic and dreamy loops & samples mixed with his fabulous drum technic. Or it might be his genuine happinness to share his music all around the world.

Anyway I just wanted to share the track to prolong my own fantasy. Afterall, there is No Better Time Than Now. Enjoy "Ringleader", Foxes!
