California-based multi-instrumentalist, producer, and artist Nya Bloom solidified a spot on our radar earlier this year with his second-ever release, "Need You" - an exuberant electronic gem perfect for dark, hazy nights.
The bar was set high for Bloom's debut EP, Exhale, and boy did he deliver. The titular track takes a starkly different direction than the slow-paced liquid lead we were treated to in "Need You", but still rings true to his expertise in creating enthralling sonic microcosms. An indie-rock cut at its core, "Exhale" is driven by Bloom's sensual vocals and pushed forward by an irresistible blend of drums and guitar riffs.
