Do you remember the folktronica' group tunng? The former Sam Genders is back with another, more Indish album called Diagrams that will be out the 19th of this month for the Europeans and the rest of the world, the 10th March in North America.
I gave it a little peek and found some tunes that really caught my attention. Like this Phantom Power, it's jolly yet sweetsour in the meaning. Genders describes his 'new' genre as “crisp, minimalist pop" but it's more of an chamberpop folk with a modern attitude.
That said, if you're into Sufjan Stevens or just looking for a pleasant song for a sunny afternoon gave it a listen; if that's not enough click here to preorder the full album
