Festival season is officially ON! And one of France must-go is surely Les Eurockéennes. Truth be told, this year festivals' line-up haven't blow my mind and Les Eurocks (that's how we call it, here in France) has been a stand out to me - with acts such as St Paul and the Broken Bones, Royal Blood, Fakear, Todd Terje and the Olsen, The Do, Ibeyi, Mina Tindle, Jeanne Added, Cotton Claw, Christine and the Queens, James Blake or Flume.
The festival is ecclectic and wandering through the four stages - including a stage on a beach - you can satisfy your love for rock, electro, hip hop or raggae. My teenage-self is even delighted to find metal-core band Parkway Drive on the main stage, whereas my current-self is pleased to find hip hop rookies as Ho99o9 or Georgio. Even my parents would be delighted to catch Sting or the Chemical Brothers!
The festival lasts 3 days, starting from July 3rd to July 5th, three-day tickets have already been sold out, but there is still some day tickey available at 46€/day!
