Genre-blending producer Rose Noir channels his energy into a true revival of the classic funk and soul sound in his debut EP Bloom. Hailing from France, Rose Noir is also a two-time World Champion turntablist and has performed on internationally acclaimed stages, namely Coachella, Sónar, and EDC Las Vegas.

Today's breath of fresh air - the 6-tracks collection titled Bloom will be the perfect gift to anyone longing for the experimentation nature of jazz music, perfectly blended with the groove disco gave to the world.

Rose Noir shares,“The music is definitely inspired by ‘70s movies, but also by obscure ‘70s libraries music vinyl which is what music supervisors were using as background music in movies, advertisements, TV shows etc…but also nowadays highly sought after by music enthusiasts and hip-hop producers looking for new materials to sample. I don’t have specific scenes in mind, but it’s like I’m trying to write the soundtrack of an imaginary suspense film from the past."

The record dropped today, October 28th via Halfeti Records and you can experience in-full below.
