To my utter shame Alex Isley is a completely new name for me, but I was in for a treat. "Still Wonder" feels like a warm touch on a cold day (and going into December it's necessary).
Alex Isley and her production collaborator have teamed up with Robert Glasper to provide some exquisite piano chords, which luckily turns into a piano solo closer to the end of the track. The production is fairly simple with sharp repetitive drums and a very dreamy vibe, but the piano really makes the track. This is a breakup song and I kind of wish all breakups felt this sweet.
