The year 2022 has been incredible for electronic producer Alex Lustig. Not only did he secure several placements on Drake's Honestly, Never Mind, but he's also just released his debut album Fate.

Alex's stripped-down and atmospheric brand of electronica is beautifully personified in the single "Dawn". He conveys SO MUCH emotion with only a handful of sounds, and throughout "Dawn" these synths are brought to life by subtle, coarse textures. Distant pianos accentuate the track's airy mood to the point where the vibe feels somewhat dejected. I'm actually quite surprised that this gorgeous gem was omitted from the album.
