It's Sunday, time for dreamy music! It's time to follow Frànçois & the Atlas Mountains on "The Way to the Forest". The band will drive you into adventures worthy of a Arthur and the Minimoys Besson's movie.

"The Way to the Forest" mixes as much influences - Caribbean steel drum, pop music and tribal rhythmic - as the lyrics swings from French to English. The band is born from the Bristolian meeting of Frànçois Marry, a French painter and musician, Jean Thevenin, Pierre Loustaunau and Gérard Black.

First French band to have been signed on Domino (home of Arctic Monkeys, The Kills and Adele), you can catch them live on November 11th at Scala London. Frànçois and the Atlas Mountains will opened the first day of Les Inrocks Philips Festival - you can purchase ticket here. It's already the 27th edition of the festival curated by the French music and cultural magazine Les Inrocks. Each year, Les Inrocks throw a musical "Tour de France", staging the best of Anglo-Saxon upcoming and confirmed musicians in Paris, Strasbourg, Tourcoing, Nantes, Lille, Lyon and Toulouse. This edition, the festival will open for the first time in London with a night dedicated to French talents. Along with Frànçois and The Atlas Mountains, you will be able to catch up with Pierre Loustaunau's solo project Petit Fantôme, and discover the chill-out music of Isaac Delusion.

On the other side of the Channel, you will find artists such as Baxton Bury, Chet Faker, Damon Albarn, Lykke Li or Ibeyi... - see full line up here
