Our friends from Post-rock never seize to surprise me with amazing discoveries! Yesterday was the first time I came across the name of Wang Wen and this live completely blew me away. The band formed in Dalian, China is "long serving post rock band formed in 1999".
So, the video - everything from the design of the room where they play to the sounds coming out of their instruments - it makes me wordless. I, however, think that anyone who considers himself a person enjoying music should pay careful attention to what's going on below. Also, kudos to Number Two Films - the guys who filmed the video. Gentlemen - my hat is down.
