Gentle, captivating and eery. Audio Fauna's "Into The Light" will take you on a dark journey, inspired by life and timeless forests. It took me a while to figure out how I feel about the track. Needless to say, I loved it since the first chords, but there was something special about the sounds streaming into my ears. It is so mesmerizing, it feels like the song of a siren - so beautiful it pulls you near by... in the same time there's something utterly creepy and it gives me the complete chills. Yet, I cannot stop listening to it.
Audio Fauna is a musical project started last year by two talented musicians - Johanna Kalén (former member of Husky Rescue) and Mari Kronlund. I'm not sure where they come from, but there's something Scandinavian about their names. The perfect track whenever you end up being lost in some misty forest.
