Man, I needed this track my life this morning: the day is dreary, head a little foggy, and the indecisiveness is imminent, especially when it comes to choosing what music to listen to. Thankfully a song was made just for an occasion like this, so thank you dearly Mr. Bardy Oax for "Hangover Sketch #1" .
I totally get Red Hot Chili Pepper vibes from the track, but with a little more melancholy. The track is a simple instrumental one, but oh does it embody so many emotions: the crooning guitar gently caresses your tired soul, gently -and very subtly- refilling you with hope, and necessary inspiration for whatever the day may bring. Or at least that was my take away message!
The Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist Bardy Oax is an interesting character, his Soundcloud is nothing short of amusing, so naturally, I am a fan. I reckon he is one to certainly keep an eye out for!
