Blackadder has tastefully blended melodic house and downtempo in such an uplifting manner on this new release, "Bluefields".
In December, Blackadder will be unveiling his brand-new EP Mosaic - a body of work that feels like a bridge between everything he's done before and the album he's working towards. With that being said, "Bluefields" is the kind of single that opens up a colorful new world, especially with the stellar array of instrumentation we're welcome too. Luminous arps dance next to shakuhachis in the distance while plucks breathe life into the melodic section of the track. The drums are plastered with Blackadder's signature aesthetic, bringing a punchy rhythmic foundation that ties the intricate soundscape together beautifully.
