I'm sure I'm not the only person who thinks of Anderson .Paak after the first few listens of "Luv Ya" by Bobby Wesley.

Part of the reason say this is because of Wesley's raw and soulful delivery over a funk fused instrumental. The parts which are generally overlooked within a track are the moments which ensnared my attention... I'm talking about the heavy and engrossing drum fills on here, and the positive messages behind Wesley's ad-libs. Furthermore, the curtain closes with a riveting guitar solo, literally wrapping things up in an electrifying manner.

"This is a funky tune about self care and self love. In an age where everyone freely expresses their ideas on the internet, it can be scary to put your true self out there to be rated. But, loving the quirky unconventional parts of yourself is what makes you an individual and this act can encourage others to embrace their uniqueness too."
