Game of Pawns

The line, "The biggest mistake is often the risk we don't get to take" is one of my favorites from Booney's latest track with NDK "Game of Pawns".

This is a release that is littered with witty, truthful one-liners that are all neatly packed into Booney's heartfelt verses. Throughout "Game of Pawns", the Atlanta-based rapper urges listeners to embrace their individuality instead of slipping into the role of a mere pawn. Instrumentally we're teased by soothing, emotive guitars layered over laid-back drums, and this provides the ideal canvas for Booney to showcase vulnerability through storytelling.
