Not sure how this track came to live, but judging by the scarce SC description and that photo, Chet Faker is probably stuck somewhere cold (NY).

Anyhow, the track is pretty bizarre - a simple but very on-the-spot beat, guitar and parts of the state of emergency speech by NYC mayor Bill de Blasio from January this year.
