Elaquent never disappoints.
His long-awaited new album Rediscovery dropped today, via Mello Music Group, and the Canadian producer has garnered a stellar set of guest acts in it. Aside from the previous singles with Ivan Ave, Dom Chronicles & Skyzoo, the new songs feature acts like Chester Watson & Sonnyjim.
The focus track off the record "Hoes Mad", together with MC Brittney Carter & singer Jazstarr, is an uplifting, yet warm piece, perfectly balancing raw lyricism & flow with soulful vocals. A song about "dedicated to staying true to self even when others continue to hate and manipulate." Elaquent's production is, as expected, absolute perfection with his sultry keys, funky synth bass & intricate drum groove.
