Frameworks is a magnetic force in the realm of IDM / dance music and someone whose journey is nothing short of spectacular.
We've had our ears on the Manchester-based for a few years now, but he never seizes to amaze me. And just when I think things couldn't get any better, each new release sounds better than the one before. The same happened with "CIRCLES" - the track he dropped yesterday, which will be part of his forthcoming LP Reflections (April 14th).
With its dark ambiance and heavily pulsing bass, the track feels like a move towards a more electronica-driven direction than his usual downtempo sound.
"It’s a little heavier than previous tracks and was written during lockdown. During a run of shows last year I got to play this one and the response was amazing.", shares Matthew on Instagram.
