A couple of weeks back I posted the video to UK 80's loving outfit GUNSHIP's debut track "Fly For Your Life", and to say I was excited about them is a bit of an understatement. Well luckily for me, they've released a new song, "Pink Mist", as part of a John Carpenter inspired mixtape put together by Retro Promenade entitled Caprenter.

For those who aren't movie buffs, John Carpenter directed basically every cult movie from the 80's that ended up birthing that typical "80's" sound. Think synths, think drum machines, think ridiculous hairstyles... I'd highly recommend checking out the mix via Retro Promenade's bandcamp to get some more of those sweet, sweet atmospheric vibes.

Now somebody pass the hairspray please.
