Bird on a Wire

You might already have heard of this instrumental as it is a year old. It is from "Bird on a Wire" by Action Bronson and Riff Raff. I first listened to the song and although lyrically and vocally it was not my cup of tea, the instrumental got my attention.

Unlike many other washed down hip-hop beats this definitely leaves an impression. I believe it is easily distinguishable thus making the actual song stand out among the thousand of others in this genre. Those high pitch short twitches are what make the beat so special. As simple as it sounds it must be skills that are absolutely required in order to create such a powerful sound.
