"Ready" is Honey Blue's first single after an almost 3-year pause. It's about "choosing growth over comfort, shedding old versions of yourself, letting go of what holds you back, and trusting what comes next", as she shared.

The Australian vocalist, songwriter, and creative director draws influences from R&B, neo-soul, and jazz, with key inspirations like D'Angelo, Billie Holiday, and Donny Hathaway. She brings true emotion, passion, attention to detail, and musicianship into her work, treating her music like a journal entry - full of honesty and self-expression, with the hope that her experiences would resonate with others going through something similar.

We were super impressed with her warm, soulful vocals and harmonies, all arranged and performed by her, as well as the beautifully polished production. And that bass? So smooth.
