Hanami

In many ways, Illumia's latest release "Hanami" reminds us of the early works of Ben Böhmer, albeit infused with an organic spirit.

Illumia aka Yuri Fedin is an electronic music producer from Chelyabinsk, Russia. From an early age, he was fond of electronic and classical music, which is strikingly evident throughout "Hanami". The glistening pianos paired with the distant strings give the track an air of elegance and offer a sense of solace for listeners. The atmospheric pads are also one of the hallmarks that make "Hanami" what it is as they accentuate the track's dreamy allure.
