There's always this one type of music that you know you enjoy... but never really bother to look into and rely solely on friends suggestion. Well, that's my story with dub and the other interrelated genres around it. So, I've been lurking around and I found a really nice artist to share with you.
Before sharing my 2 cents about the music, hands down this is one of the most mind-blowing art work I've seen in a while. The music of the South African producer/performer represents a mix of dub, electronica, dubstep and all in between. It doesn't take much time to realize that Indidginus's skill is in the bass-line. The wobbly sounds remind me of didgeridoo (hell yeah!) and as it happens, he is using it quite a lot in his live performances.Throw in some elegant Italian (I believe?) vocals in the recipe, stir a bit and there you go - hell of a tune. Well, I'll go back to slowly shaking my head and... I hope you enjoy the track as much as I do!ps: the first 18 seconds drive me nuts.
