The London electronic producer duo Jacana People share their new single "Paper Thin" - a sublime collaboration with London’s virtuoso guitarist and composer Vraell, and part of their upcoming Breaker EP, dropping June 26th. Accompanying the release is news of the duo’s headline show at the iconic Bermondsey institution ORMSIDE projects on June 24th.

Jacana People explain, “Working with Alessio (a.k.a. Vraell) felt like a turning point for the record. From our first studio session, there was an immediate connection. His haunting vocals and beautiful guitar playing locked in perfectly with some of the more club-driven drum energy we’d been experimenting with on Nudge and Orbit. Paper Thin emerged so naturally from our first session that the song was essentially finished in a few hours. It captures a softer edge of the record, but still holds that late-night pulse. A soft mantra about never being enough for yourself."

Listening to this track made me feel like I was floating on a paper-thin leaf over the ocean, somewhere on the other side of the world, stranded on a deserted island, and far away from all the worries and problems of today. Definitely a track that takes you away from reality and into a dream journey.
