Good hip-hop is good hip-hop.

While I was looking for tunes to update our Soulful Hip Hop playlist with, I stumbled across "Rich Man" by two talents, hailing from different continents. US rapper Justo the MC & Malta producer Jay Rilez overcame borders & an ocean to deliver good vibes & brightness, a counteract to all the dark events in the world.

Relying on positive storytelling, "Rich Man" is a tale about gratitude and ambition. The song carries a smooth flow, and instrumentally, it's inspired by the '90s sampling aesthetics, paired with jazzy horns, funky basslines & boom bap drums.
