The Italian multi-instrumentalist and producer Kawari is known for infusing organic elements into melodic house in such a fascinating manner. "Kali" serves as a marvelous example since a vital component of its creative process is the Kalimba and the Tama (talking drum) - two instruments of African origin. Their presence gives the track an earthy feel, while atmospheric textures create a dreamy charm from start to finish. The driving drums allow "Kali" to also feel energetic while offering a sense of solace for listeners.
