The first music video from Philly-based producer Kilamanzego beautifully encapsulates what's hinted at in the title. Gradually we see her becoming agitated and towards the verge of an anxiety attack, and then returning to a state of calm.
Going into this, I honestly expected the track to be enveloped by a barrage of glitchy synth works since Kilamanzego's tracks generally sound otherworldly. But this is probably the most calming track I've heard yet from her.
It's the woozy, oscillating synth in the background that gives off this serene effect, and the lavish arrangement of the keys accentuates this. Halfway through the track Kilamanzego introduces bright percussive textures to give the drums some swing along with this piercing lead synth which sits firmly in the foreground.
