We are thrilled to bring you the premiere of Kolourz's new track. Being big fans of the Atlanta-based producer when he told us he had something new coming up we were instantly interested in premiering it.

Following the future garage groove of previous single “Friends”, the producer delivers more greatness with his ambient new offering “Atlanta”.

This sun-kissed track brings you warm electronics, field recordings of bull frogs and crickets plus folky guitars (from a track used by his late uncle), that work in tandem with the hypnotic latin rhythm making this one the perfect soundtrack for the summer.

Talking about the new song Kolourz's explained that “Atlanta” is “kind of an ode to Atliens the tracks style and mood reflecting the energy of Atlanta”.

He went on to say “When I was in China students called it the green city because of the lush forest surrounding it which is unusual for many large cities. I added sounds of bull frogs and crickets from swaps around Georgia to kind of give the vibes of a metropolis rising out from nature surrounded by bogs and marsh life which if you've ever wandered through can sometimes appear to be kind of alien.”

The chilled out track is a wonderfully arranged and grows and grows over the course of its six-minute duration.
