Post rock, math rock anything in a combination with rock, Ivo is the expert in those music genres. However, from time to time it happens so that I discover my own piece of post-rock heaven.
Kusanagi are a four piece instrumental band from Liverpool, UK. The spring of 2013 was when their first self-titled EP was released. "Spires" is brand new track coming from their second EP - "They Will Come Back for You...".
Like I said before, I am not the expert here but to me "Spires" feels so easily digested. It lays on the light end of the post rock spectrum and I find it perfect for a soundtrack. A soundtrack for your daily activities such as learning calculus or planning your lecture for the Gender Course you are teaching.
