Quiet Vines

Another jazz house release - I’m on a roll today (again). The timing couldn't be better, too, just before the weekend.

This one comes from producers M1NT, STRNGE (who together make up the jazz house duo NRMNT), and Lawrence Tripp, called "Quiet Vines". To me, it sounds perfect for a day party somewhere on a big green field between mountain hills, or a chill beach picnic while gazing at the sea and soaking up the sunshine.

Wow. That gradual build-up into the beat. Then you add M1NT’s trumpet playing, and it becomes pure magic. I love how he improvises on top of the groove - long notes that let his beautiful tone shine, leaving just the right amount of space to breathe.

Hope this track was enough of an excuse for you to call some friends and throw a party this weekend.
