Yet another marvelous release from Lane 8's label This Never Happened. I've been listening to some really dark music most of the day, so elevating with Massanes' bright and aerial melodic house / electronica "No Return" was a nice change of pace.

The French artist has previously worked with artists like Ben Böhmer, Nora en Pure and Luttrell but today the light truly shines on him and him only. "No Return" is taken off his debut This Never Happened 4-track EP Visage 1.

Everything - from the chimes, to the pace-y percussions - everything feels like a breath of fresh air and those early morning rays of sun.
