The man behind Message to Bears is a multi-instrumentalist Jerome Alexander. He has released his third LP Maps just a few days ago and it has been constantly on replay ever since then. He has been on my radar for quite some time but this time he outshone himself.
Jerome is smartly mixing folk, acoustic, piano, electronics, some ethereal soundscapes and samples and what comes out of it: truly divine music. I rarely have hard times choosing what track to feature off the album, but this time it was a tough one. Everything is in perfect balance and harmony: calm indistinctive vocal, electronic elements and whatever else he adds to it.
