Mondingo has just unveiled his vibrant debut album Island, and one of the brightest gems within this rich body of work is the emotionally charged "Colours of your mind".
Over the past few years, Mondingo has been steadily making a name for himself in the electronic scene, not only as a brilliant producer but also as an incredible vocalist. Island beautifully showcases his broad spectrum of talents in quite an unforgettable manner. I loved the UKG-inspired drums shuffling under his emotive vocal performance and the airy soundscape throughout the first half. As the track continues, the mix is filled with cinematic tension during the build, leading to a climax that's brimming with a beefy bass and colorful synths all around.
