Personally if I find a good melodic/post hardcore song once every month I consider myself really lucky. I want to say big thank you to FaithLoveHope Promotions for making my quest for quality music considerably easier than before specially when it comes to this genre.

"Happy Thoughts" is heavily charged with emotions, yet it's not the weight of the words used and their meaning per say that solely construct the lyrical part. The lyrics escape the cliche that so many bands fall in stressing way too much on feelings felt and such. Together with this Naetiv tell a story well enough to leave something for the mind to wander off as it not clear where they "have been gone for so long". The narration in the middle part gives me goose bumps. Last but not least, I want to mention the instrumental part in "Happy Thoughts" - it is soft (single guitar), there are no sharp curves and the melody is confidently following the vocals, which are highly emotive.
