Beneath The Canopy

Nili Fossae's latest EP Into the Blue has just arrived, and "Beneath The Canopy" marks the last single to introduce us into the immersive Electronic works of the duo.

While all the previous singles such as "Into The Blue" were written during lockdown, "Beneath The Canopy" was shaped when the world came back to life, and I guess that explains why this single leans towards a more exuberant feel. Throughout the track rich and raw textural tapestry and are paired with the sounds of shimmering synths to create a listening experience that leans towards experimentalism, especially towards the closing moments.
