Netherlands-based singer-songwriter NYVE blends soul, jazz, bossa nova, and pop in a manner that's reminiscent of Lianne La Havas and Olivia Dean. Usually, she explores themes of emotion, self-reflection, and personal growth; however, on "Notification," she paints a picture of romance that feels so young and innocent through her imaginative lyricism. This is paired with uplifting melodic motifs from the slick guitar arrangements and the glimmering keys. Halfway through, we're acquainted with a stark contrast as Dylamic enters the mix and delivers a bold rap verse that's accompanied by a fierce guitar solo.
