After surprising listeners with a light drum and bass experience on "Tratado", Parra for Cuva announces a new album and teases us with the first single "Mimose".
This is honestly one of my favorite Parra for Cuva tracks and it has me so excited for the upcoming album Mimose. We're acquainted with lush soundscapes, catchy vocal samples, and a driving bass presence that rounds up the low end. The track was made during a time when the artist was regularly visited by friends and family, and when he was exploring the beautiful coastlines of Italy. It's not surprising why this experience feels deeply emotive and whole, particularly towards the climax. The full album arrives April 19th and we'll be covering the singles as they drop!
