It's been a while since Colin first introduced Sydney-based mysterious producer Bad Math, but now we are not with just a feature, but a premiere of his new track "OCEANS" featuring Nina Nervegna.

We still haven't figured out who the man behind the mask is and I feel this will remain the same for a while.

Bad Math is an audio/visual side project put forth by an Sydney, Hip Hop artist who would like to remain anonymous for the integrity of the project.

If you love late night jazzy vibes and silky vocals that could melt the strongest wall... you've come to the right place. I have to say - I would love to see these guys collaborating more often tomorrow. This is just way too good.

When it comes to "OCEANS" and the inspiration behind it, the masked producer shares...

This track is an ode to the ocean. It began with lazy, distorted, rhode chords that I thought had a ‘surf’ quality to them. Right then in the moment I had the title of the track.

Building the rest of the song was such an organic process when I imagined ocean waves crashing against rocks. When I added the tribal percussion everything seemed to fall into place. I knew it needed the sounds of the ocean sampled in strategic places. Dim enough that it subliminally takes you to this place I envisioned.
