There is something about this track which literally takes me back to my adolescent youth, and I believe it's the similarities I hear between this and one of my favorite artists from years ago... I'm talking about The Album Leaf.
Overall the track has a journey like feel with the numerous transitions which occur, and each passage the track goes into is dreamier than the last. Air pads and the hypnotic repetition of the secondary melody definitely contribute to the dreamy nature of the song.
This is a song from an upcoming album that I made while watching the third season of Twin Peaks. Every song soundtracks a scene - this one is the Vegas skyline aerial shots.
