Though REASON had been on my radar for a while, I Love You Again was my proper introduction to his work, and it left quite a lasting impression on me.
REASON is an American rapper hailing from California who has made a name for himself with his distinctive flow and thought-provoking lyrics. On I Love You Again, I adore how he is seamlessly able to switch between braggadocio tracks into more conscious themes. "Stuck On Moments" with Kota the Friend and D'Anna Stewart delivers the latter as they offer a reflection on their lowest points and the ways those experiences have shaped their journeys. This is complemented by a soulful instrumental fleshed out by glittery keys and the gorgeous, heartfelt vocals of D'Anna Stewart.
