Since we last featured the sublimely hypnotic music of Rhodes, the young singer songwriter has been putting in some serious time touring his début EP Raise Your Love. Sharing the stage with acts like Nick Mulvey, London Grammar and Vance Joy, as well as having his own headline tour of the UK.

New track "Your Soul" is the first glimpse at Rhodes' second EP Morning (due out on May 11th) and if it's anything to go by, the release will be much bolder and grander than before. Rhodes' characteristic vocal style is reigned in initially, before expanding into the song's chorus. The track boasts a much fuller production style, that can be accredited to collaborations with Ian Grimble (Daughter) and Tim Bran/ Roy Ferr (London Grammar) and certainly lends a hand in this being a more polished and well realised sound. 'Your Soul' is a promising and exciting taster of what we can expect from Rhodes as the year unfolds.
