Rouk3n's latest release "Bite My Tongue" is bound to relate to those who feel isolated and misunderstood especially because of the vulnerable songwriting we're welcomed to.
The UK-based rapper has been releasing music since last year and there is such a distinct swagger he brings to the table when rhyming over a beat. "Bit My Tongue" is made up of an airy instrumental with a bounce that's reminiscent of Sango and Baile Funk - a genre that's known for it's vibrant groove. However, Rouk3n gets deep and personal with his lyricism as he shows parts of himself he usually doesn't on his tracks. I also particularly enjoyed the confident vocal delivery while he details how he is feeling, simply wearing his heart on his sleeve.
