Hannover-based electronic producer Saive returns with another beautifully crafted, immersive release.
"Nothing" immediately won me over with its hazy, rainy-afternoon drive atmosphere, distant vocals, and nostalgic guitar motif that pulls you in and out and leaves you wanting to hear more, backed up by warm electronic textures and an unhurried groove, which remind us that sometimes nothing else should matter but the present moment.
It feels like the perfect soundtrack to this rainy, gloomy summer day where I am. As much as I'm frustrated that the weather is keeping me away from the beach just after finally returning to the seaside, I can't help but appreciate how well this track fits. Hopefully I'm not alone here.
