I don't think we feature enough r&b from Germany, and today I'm set to change that.
SALOMEA, whom we first featured back in 2021, return to our feed with "sandcastle". The band, lead by German/US singer Rebbekah Salomea, will send you on a cloud with its effortlessness, blending influences from jazz, soul, r&b, dub, and cinematic music.
The angelic vocals of SALOMEA are paired with pulsating synths, a jazz rhythm, and dreamy strings for a listening experience that's both nostalgic & warm, just like the memories of our childhood, which is long gone.
"sandcastle" is taken from SALOMEA's 4th album axxxis.
