I just got my hands on SOHN's debut album, Tremors, hitting the street in April. He tantalized us with 'Bloodflows' and his delicious remix collaborations. I've spent some time with Tremors and I can say it's going to be difficult to break away from listening to this album. Rarely do I find an album that is so captivating from start to finish.
There's a sense of darkness and silky, beautiful brooding. SOHN's vocals are feather light and his minimal instrumentals pair painfully perfectly. This album is no quick-fix, and neither is SOHN.
