I had the pleasure of living together with one of the best Irish people I know – a true Dublin born and raised female law warrior of justice. That’s Liz. So Liz, surprisingly, works in an Irish bar in the city I live in and I always get some fresh ideas from the playlists, which the lads behind the counter are playing. That’s how I found “The Cast of Cheers” – an Irish pride!

I cannot count the times we’ve been singing their lyrics while trying to cook something vegan at her house with Steve, the little mouse.
