First of all, I'm guessing that the boys from The Slow Show are big fans of The National (Slow Show by The National is one of the greatest songs of all time, in case you were wondering). Maybe it's not even the case, but I prefer thinking it is.

"Dresden" is the first single off the debut album White Water of the Manchester band. When you look at the picture of the band, you expect some kind of hipster sound (if that is even a thing), but you definitely don't expect what you are about to hear. I feel like I don't want to introduce their sound too much and leave it up to you to discover it. The track is inspired by the band's time in Dresden while they were on tour. "Dark, dark tales from the Dresden dens". The track is very intimate, yet epic, and makes me really curious about their album.
