Wished To Stay

I still haven't come up with a name for our self-hosted artist releases, but after more than 50k SoundCloud plays overall and awesome tracks by Cam Jordyn, the44thfloor and Project x , I'm extremely happy to share with you what could be simply described as a "touching" piano-driven release.

The Sun Aesthetic is the moniker of Anthony Raad - a California-based musician who blends together ambient, post-rock and electronic music.

I'm gonna go ahead of myself and suggest that by the time you've reached those lines in the feature, you're starting to slowly fall for "Wished To Stay" and I won't need to use words to convey the obvious - that's some seriously beautiful music right there.

"Wished To Stay" is the opening track of his new record Earth-Song which was released on 1st of April. You can stream the whole release below and if you enjoy what you're hearing - you can download the whole record as Name Your Price on bandcamp. Despite having the option to download this for free, I encourage everyone to support such amazing artists.

The once-a-drummer-now-basically-a-dude-who-plays-anything musician has been releasing music since 2011, so don't hesitate to check out his previous works. If you enjoy stuff like The American Dollar (one of his favourite bands as well), you won't be disappointed.
